Accessing Fundabl Business Solutions services means accepting these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the platform.
1Agreement to Terms
Accessing Fundabl Business Solutions services means accepting these Terms and Conditions. Non-agreement requires discontinuing platform use. Terms apply to all users, including licensed co-brand partners and their enrolled clients.
2Services Description
The platform provides bankable profile building and lender readiness services licensed to professional partners under co-brand arrangements. Offerings include bankable profile coaching, lender compliance tools, document collection assistance, and access to lender databases and funding reports. Fundabl Business Solutions is not a lender and makes no approval guarantees for specific loans or credit products.
3License and Permitted Use
Co-brand partners receive a limited, non-exclusive platform license for use under their own branding. The license is non-transferable and cannot be sublicensed. Partners cannot reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the proprietary methodology, software, or platform content.
4Payment Terms
Enrollment agreements describe fee structures. Monthly fees are due monthly on the same day. Annual fees are due at term start. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are in USD.
5Disclaimers
The platform provides educational and informational tools. No guarantee exists that specific credit scores, loan amounts, or lender approvals will result from platform use. Bankable profile building timelines vary based on individual circumstances, creditworthiness, and lender requirements beyond Fundabl Business Solutions’s control.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent legally permitted, Fundabl Business Solutions bears no liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from service use or inability to use services. Total liability to any user cannot exceed fees paid during the three months preceding the claim.
7Intellectual Property
All platform content, methodology, software, trademarks, and materials are owned by or licensed to Fundabl Business Solutions. Content reproduction, distribution, or use requires written permission. Partner branding applied to co-brand portals remains each partner’s property.
8Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Fundabl Business Solutions reserves immediate suspension or termination rights for term violations, non-payment, or conduct harming other users or the platform.
9Governing Law

10Changes to Terms
Fundabl Business Solutions may update terms periodically. Continued platform use after change notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Material changes receive email or platform notification.
